Meet the Doctors
Dennis Perkins, DDS, and Brian Thompson, DMD, are Appalachian Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery's doctors. They perform oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise in wisdom teeth removal, multiple teeth extractions, oral pathology, impacted canines, pre-prosthetic surgery, a full range of dental implants, and bone grafting procedures.
Dr Perkins and Dr Thompson are board-certified through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. They are certified through AAOMS Office Anesthesia Evaluation Program.
Our staff is trained in assisting with intravenous (IV) sedation. The surgical team is experienced, licensed practical nurses (LPN) certified and oral and maxillofacial surgical assisting. All staff is CPR and advanced cardiac life support certified. They also complete continual training yearly.
